Why it helps
Less to remember, better questions to ask
Start early, not frantic
A week-by-week timeline, ideally from 6–8 weeks before you sail, so vaccines, refills, letters and insurance are sorted in good time.
Everything in one place
Trip details, emergency contacts, your medication list, a health summary and wallet cards, ready for your carry-on.
Better appointments
Question pages for your travel clinic, pharmacist, insurer and cruise line, so you leave each conversation with the answers you need.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is this medical advice?
No. The kit is general information built on CDC, ACEP and U.S. State Department guidance. It helps you organise your trip and prepare questions for your own doctor, pharmacist, travel clinic and insurer. It does not tell you which medicines, doses, vaccines or insurance policies to choose.
What format is it, and how do I get it?
A 26-page PDF in US Letter size. Checkout is handled by Gumroad, which emails you a download link straight after purchase. Print it, or annotate it on a tablet with any PDF app.
How much is it?
US$12, one-time. Gumroad shows the final price in your currency and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
What if there’s a problem with my file?
Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If there's a problem with your file, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Can I share it with my travel group?
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to print and use the kit for your own household. Please don’t redistribute the file; each household needs its own copy.
Who wrote it?
Written by a former cruise ship doctor with 11 years at sea. Every page is drawn from official guidance, and the sources are listed at the back of the kit.
Is it for a particular cruise line or region?
No. It works for any ocean cruise. The itinerary planner has room for each port, so you can look up Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean or other destinations on the CDC Travelers’ Health pages and note what applies.
